Office order regarding formation of Technical evaluation team

In inviting reference to the above NEEPCO Circular dated 22.07.2025, it is
to inform you that North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited (NEEPCO) is inviting
applications for the award of “Meritorious Scholarship for the year 2025-26” from the
economically backward students living within 30 km radius of its operating stations and
projects to encourage them in their pursuits in studying full time courses recognized by
ICSE/CBSE/State Education Boards/ MCI/ AICTE/ Associations of Indian Universities.

Acquisition of land measuring 0.011 acres (Pvt. land) for implementation of water supply project by DWS at mouja- K.K. Nagar, sheet no-3/p of Ghaniamara TK, Revenue Circle & Sub-Division- Bishalgarh under Sepahijala District under the provisions of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013.

Permanent acquisition of land measuring 2.47 acres for construction of Dill site & Waste pit at the location SDAI at mouja- Paschim Nalchar, sheet no-3/p of Nalchar TK, Revenue Circle & Sub-Dlvision-Sonamura under Sepahijala District under the provision of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013.

Permanent acquisition of land measuring 2.47 acres for the purpose of Drilling activities at the location SDAI at mouja-Paschim Nalchar, sheet no-3/p of Nalchar TK under Sonamura Sub-Division, Sepahijala District under the provisions of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013.

In reference to the subject cited above, I am to enclose herewith 3 nos. list (Annexure-A, Annexure-B and Annexure-C) of eligible candidates regarding appointment in the post of Public Prosecutor in the Court of Sessions Judge within the jurisdiction of Sepahijala District, Addl. Public Prosecutor in the Court of Addl. Sessions Judge within the jurisdiction of Sepahijala District and Asstt. Public Prosecutors in the Ld. Court of Judicial and Executive Magistrate within the respective jurisdiction of Sepahijala District.

With reference to the advertisement vide No. 9(10)/DM/SPJ/LAW/Vol-IV/2024/1/333872/2024, dated 27/11/2024 for appointment of Public Prosecutor, Addl. Public Prosecutor, and Asstt. Public Prosecutors, all the intending candidates are hereby requested to appear before the Board of Selection Committee on 04/01/2025 at 12.00 PM at the Office of the District Magistrate & Collector, Sepahijala District, Bishramganj with the following terms and conditions.

Applications in plain paper are invited from the eligible candidates for the post of (1) Public Prosecutor – 01 (one) post (for the court of Ld. Sessions Judge within Sepahijala District) (2) Addl. Public Prosecutor 01 (one) Post (for the court of Ld. Addl. Sessions Judge within Sepahijala District) and (3) Assistant Public Prosecutors 12 (twelve) Posts (in the court of Ld. Judicial Magistrate and Ld. Executive Magistrates within the Sepahijala District).
